Green Land

Green Land embraces a total land area of 1,100 Dunums (1,100,000 m²).

The construction is in two phases:

Phase 1 covers a land area of 400,000 m ² consisting of 500 properties : Villas, Semi- Villas, and flats shall be built at this stage. The outer appearance of the flats shall be

coordinated with the design of the villas, giving a sense of harmony. The time allowed for its completion is three years.

Phase 2 shall cover an area of 700,000 m ², and shall begin after Phase 1 is completed.
